  • Operations subject to Aged Care Act.
  • Click onto our Aged Care Financial Booklet for the relevant Facility. The booklet includes Accommodation Pricing and Key Features Statement (as required by Aged Care Act) as well as general financial arrangements for admission.

Admission requirements:

  • Application to Care Manager of village.
  • Possession of an Aged Care Client Record - A.C.C.R. This entails prior assessment by an Aged Care Assessment Team - A.C.A.T.;
  • Possession of a Centrelink/ DVA assets assessment; and
  • Medical report and completed application documentation.
