we offer “salary packaging” through Eziway Salary Packaging. This allows up to $15,900 of salary to be paid tax free, effectively delivering an increase in the value of take-home pay of up to 12%. In addition, Eziway offers a meals/ entertainment card and packaging of holiday accommodation costs, up to a combined total of $2,550 per annum, which allows the $15,900 tax-free “cap” to be exceeded. Overall, the “salary packaging” and other benefits offered by Eziway through permanent employment with us, provide a great incentive to switch from “casual” to “permanent” (if offered).
